Thought for the day....Many people are talking about how 'bad' the real estate market is and how now is not the time to buy.....As I always say, people like Warren Buffet take advantage of situations when the market is down. In the Tampa Bay the real estate market is DOWN. With recent interest rate reductions, you can get into things that were too expensive and ask for seller concessions.
Keep listening to the news but dont let is cause paralysis...live your life.
